Jennifer, We call it Dump Cake. We put it in a 9"x9"pan, 1 & 1/2- 2 sticks of butter & sprinkle walnuts on top w/o covering. Serve w/ ice cream or whip cream. The coconut sounds great! I'll have to try it. It sounds less fattening too. Thanks Pat

How about a Five minute Chocolate cake...
Perfect for a "Quick Treat" or a two person dessert...
4 Tabspoons Self Raising Flour 4 Tabspoons Sugar 2 Tabspoons Cocoa Powder 1 Egg 3 Tabspoons Milk 3 Tabspoons Oil 3 Tabspoons Choc bits (Optional) 1 large Coffee Mug
Put all dry ingredients into mug and stir well Crack egg and stir in to mug Add milk and oil and stir thoroughly making sure all mixture including corners of mug are mixed through Whack in microwave for 2-3 minutes on HIGH Take out when cake stops rising Line mug with knife and scoop out, serve with custard, icecream, cream, anything you like!

Oh you guys, you have got to try Tammy's recipe!!! I made some tonite for the girls and they just went NUTS!!!! It was so quick and easy!!!
I'l have to take a look in my recipe binder and find a goodie to share!

Well, those links certainly spice up that recipe. Wonder if former governor of NY Eliot Spitzer knows about that. Believe that may be his idea of just for fun, but don't think that's what Uno Mas had in mind. I'm PMing the GM's. -- Bob
