His show is this weekend, i think
He is pretty country funny and since i also was raised in Nebraska, and spent most of my time on a hog farm, I've always thought it was neat he made it to the kind of fame he has....
until he starts ridiculing people with different abilities.
I'm thinking, that maybe it's time a write a letter to the editor to print this week....maybe touching on the "R" word campaign, and how it's JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE, even if you're famous and think you're funny, to ridicule our children.
Or should i just keep my pie-hole shut...cuz that's what the majority of this small town is going to think.
What do yall think?

I'm with you, E..........I used to think he was pretty funny. Then he started getting huge laughs for his jokes using the R word and I stopped laughing.
I hope you write that letter!! What if it made just one person stop and think? What if it made just a few people not pay to hear him, because of those jokes? And better yet..........what if someon found a way to let HIM know those jokes just aren't funny. Worth a try!!!

I never cared for Larry the cable guy's humor. Although I did like him on the American Idol's Country music. It was those trying to get noticed and win but it was all country music. I don't know if anyone would remember that. LeeAnn Rhrimes was one of the judges. I would definitely write that letter.
