Cathy, I would suggest surgical placement of velcro strips along each side of the head (using nylon thread sutures will provide the most lasting attachment.) Additional strips will be needed to go along the inside of the arms of the glasses. Place glasses on face, press lightly, and PRESTO! one pair of glasses firmly in place. Works for all bridge sizes too (that's for you, Steff!) Removing said glasses could prove to be a bit of a problem, but since one only need remove them once, or at most, twice a day, it will be well worth the tears (and healing time. Sheesh! That thread just doesn't let go, does it...........oops! Sorry Rhienne. Just another small flesh rip right at the suture line. I'll just dab a bit of peroxide on it.....there. All done.......Stop it! That's the third scab you've pulled off this week!!!) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

FYI We went through so many pairs of glasses I could not tell you. Connor even broke the flexible non- breakable kind. We have religiously gone each year to specialist for his exam. And we have even had one doctor in the past say he was near sighted then another say he was farsighted etc. So this past year fed up with his noncompliance of wearing and destroying them I took him to my old doctor not a specialist. He thought his RX was a little too strong and was so good with Connor's exam. Now that he is older and able to read etc it went well. He even let the doctor put in the eye drops. He told Connor he had to wear them all the time. But seperately told me he really only needs them for school work and reading, etc. Connor has been wearing his new glasses every since with a rare occasion such as playing outside etc will he remove them. Anyhow thought I would share for those who are going through the glasses struggle. I even bought two pair with insurance this time hoping to make it a few months with glasses. And he has not even the first scratch on these yet. KNOCK ON WOOD.

Well, Courtney is very picky about her glasses...they have to be small wire frames...and they can either be shiny gold or pink. Anything else will not be worn! We get hers at Walmart. always under 100....ANd if someone steps on them....presto....free new pair! The good thing about Walmart is they don't charge extra for the poly lens. Sams has good ones too...BUT not tiny ones...and they (walmart and sams)will put the little nose pieces on in 5 minutes.. Good Luck!

I gor Kourtney's at Walmart and you can really take these glasses and wrap them around your finger and the go right back into place. The should be able to tell you the name of them I think the frames wwerw $100.00 but well worth it...Good Luck
