We should be finding out today if they are going to put that man away who hurt Lauren. I can't stand the thought of him walking the streets. Please say a prayer for us.

Well, keep them coming!
We found out they were going to arrest him today BUT CPS was granted an interview with him and his lawyer wont let him talk to anyone else. So Next Wed they meet again and may issues the warrant to pick him up. I don't want to get too excited but I hope and pray they get this man away from children asap.
Thank you all again. This has been the most heartwrenching thing I have ever endured.

Renee, I have been puzzled all day about the lawyer not letting him speak to anyone so they have to come back next week thing... can they DO that??? I mean, I KNOW Lawyers instruct their clients what to say and such, but can the lawyer do that?  That sounds VERY strange to me... I sure hope it comes to an end soon! YOU and your family need CLOSURE!!!! Hugs A. |

A Even scumbags have rights. He took his right to remain silent. He doesn't have to answer ANYTHING. One day at a time. I am just so sad for Lauren. I know she will recover but my heart hurts for her.  |
