My 3.5 week old baby has lots of popping joints (I could hear them when she was in my too, believe it or not!)
Is this something to worry about or pretty typical with the loose joints? Will she tighten up, lol?

My guess, and it's a non-medical one, is that her joints are loose and the muscle-support around them is lax (hyponic). These are issues that will undoubtedly be addressed by her physical therapist. You said in your introductory post that you have a great CHOP with a very good Ds program, so I'm sure she will get the evals she needs and will be getting the therapies she needs. Don't worry - it'll only turn your hair gray - therapy will tighten her up (at least when she's awake) before any damage can be done by the popping; and remember that baby bones are purposely soft and cartilege-like, so resiliant.
Chris, too (who is not a doctor, nurse, or therapist - just a good web surfer and a mom)

Actually our doctor said that it isn't unusual and that she'd tighten up as she gets bigger too...he said it was the cartilege as well and not to worry!
