Ugh....typed this all up and forgot to hit the post button!!!!
Late last night I posted...
Can you believe it??? #3 is starting to sleep through the night, so I'm getting the chance to stay up and do some posting! Huray!
So the bug is three. I can't believe it. Going to have a big party for her next Sunday. We never had a party for her before. Throwing a big bash as there is so much to celebrate!!!
So it's official, she is a toddler. At home she's walking (and falling) all over the house. It's so funny to see her walking past me as I'm cooking or doing other chores. This past Tuesday night the KofC had their Christmas Party. Finally these people have seen her at her best. When we first got there, she did the usual sit on the floor and rock to the music. Then she got up and started walking...then she couldn't stop. Then after she sat on Santa's lap, she kept going back up to him. She really got that he was the guy giving stuff out. It was really cute.
The thing that's so beautiful is the cognitive stuff that's starting to pop out of her. I thought I'd never see it, but it's there alright! She's really quite fun these days. She's so beautiful and so sweet - but man she's also impatient and a pain in the but.
Emily starts school on 1/2. I can't wait!!! I'm excited and a bundle of nerves. I'll make sure to post a pic of her on her first day!
I've missed you all and have been taking quick peeks here and there. Hope you all have a merry Christmas and/or holiday. Wishing you the magic the season can bring. Here's to a new year full of wonder, surprise and joy!!!
Much love,
Christine
