The bus ride freaked her out at first. She's come to enjoy it and the driver says she makes noise when they approach our house. We drove her the first morning. Doesn't that look like a little eager student?

Wonderful! I too love the look on her face while sitting on the bus - just thinking it through... Christine, you have such a cutie there! You are generous to "share" her with that preschool I'm so glad you are all loving it. I look forward to more lovely stories all about her school days as she goes along. Chris too

Oh my, she is just tooooooo cute!!! I can't believe you can quit kissing on her long enough to let her get out the door!!! And I'm shocked that the school gave her back, if I was her teacher, I think I'd take her home, LOL!!!!
Glad to hear that it is going so well!

Hi everyone, brand spankin' new here. My name is Christine and I am pregnant with child #2. It's a girl and I just found out last Thursday that she has DS. I feel like I have been riding an emotional roller coaster and the ride never stops. Looking through some of the posts, I'm not really sure how to fit in here. I'm really feeling overwhelmed and scared. I'm hoping to find a place where I can find support and offer support and hopefully make some new friends. I want to start educating myself and have so many questions. If anyone has any advice on where's the best place to start, I'd greatly appreciate it. I feel really alone right now. Even in the midst of all my friends who offer so much support. I just can't help but think they'll never understand or know. In fact, I really don't right now either. Thanks for any time you offer. Have a great day! Look how far she has come now!! WTG Emily and Christine!!
