Good Mornin' Unoland !! We here in Florida are looking for a little positive reinforcements from you guys We are looking at our 3rd hurricane within a month hitting us by Tuesday. The 1st Charlie just gave us a little rain, Francis however in my area caused loss of phones, lights, and cable and lots of down trees and beach erosion, along with floods, now we are looking at Ivan and he as of this morning is a cat 5 with one gust of wind clocked at 210 mph, I along with everyone else here are praying that this thing will turn somewhere along it's path, but 11 out of the 12 forecast models show it hitting in our area once again. I still haven't seen Tricia F. from Citrus county post up yet..I think it is Tricia not sure right now. But, please keep your fingers crossed for us that either this thing turns or doesn't hit as hard, we have so much cleaning up still to do and people without homes, my mother lost her carport and some metal off of her trailer but thankfully she was held up in my house. Her park was flooded by waist deep water. This has not been a fun season for any of us, and to boot today is my sons 1st birthday and his party is on Saturday..Hopefully we will be able to have it. Worried again and looking for some positive encouragement. Thanks everybody Michele

many many prayers to you and to all the FLoridians! I do hope this sucker goes out to sea and stays there...this is unbelievable! my brother is in Tampa and they've done OK so far...flooding and tree damage. Friends of mine moved to Port St Lucie from NY a few months back and have had enough and are moving back here! As far as encouragement goes, which isn't much - you guys should be OK this weekend for the party 0 *if* this thing hits, it's not supposed to make landfall til Monday I heard this AM but hopefully you won't have to worry about it at all. happy b-day to your little guy! hugs & prayers. laurie

With the way that things are starting to look through out the day today I think that I am going to load up my kids and hed up to my Uncles house in Tennessee. My hubby is so stubborn that he is going to stay here with our house, I told him that he is crazy, So my nieghbor and her 2 kids are going to go with me and my 3 are leaving before this thing gets to close and ya can't leave. Thanks for the prayers and I'll keep ya posted on what is going on and how we make out.
Thanks a bunch
Michele

I know I have really been thinking about everyone down there and saying some prayers. My good friends moved down there from Ohio about 10 mos ago...I think. They live in Orlando...Universal is there back yard, so they tell me!!! I haven't even been able to get emails to them because they have a full mailbox. I hope that is the only reason and not because they lost the house. Anyway, i will say some extra prayers for you all!!! Please take care....and stock up on first aid, sand bags, food, etc just in case.
