I was going to say, "I'll take it!" until you said it was too small for your family of 5. Whatever would I do with my family of 6?
Beautiful home Miss A!

A.... That home looks disgustingly clean and tidy. Unlived in and too pretty... Just like one of those houses in the Better homes magazines that could NEVER actually be REAL homes....
And I am SOOOOOOOO JEALOUS!!
There is NO WAY I could EVER get my house looking that good!! Well Done!

Yes, it looks great! I saw it when you guys were in the midst of re-doing the kitchen, so there's quite a difference now!!! I'm sure it will sell fast. It's funny how people (my parents have done this with every house they've owned) re-do everything and get a house looking great - and then sell it! Come to think of it, that's kind of what we are doing now to our house! LOL
Good luck! Do you have a figure of St. Peter (is that the right saint?) buried in your back yard? LOL

Here's a link to the history about burying St. Joseph (sorry, I had the wrong guy at first!) LOL Sounds like it's ok to use this little kit even if you are not Catholic! www.irregardless.net/degage/stj_ljs.htmJessie

You know Tammy, we are assuming she took these pictures all in the same day . . . she could have cleaned one room one day, took a picture and then took another picture the next day after cleaning another room! LMAO Just kidding A.
Actually, I'm just envious, I used to be anal-retentive about my house (ahhh, the days of when I was pregnant, couldn't sleep and scrubbed my bathroom everyday . . .), but I think I would lose my mind if I still tried to have it my way. Not that I like it, I just am choosing sanity over cleanliness right now! LOL
A. - can you come clean my house please?

A..... I am totally impressed. Lovely home...but if MINE ever looked this neat and picked up , my family would have me committed for sure....LOL.
Actually the three years our house was on the market before our move two yrs ago ...I managed to do something similar to what you have done most of the time, but the moment we moved...I was right back to my old pack rat habits.
Good luck with your sale....photos are nice too.

LMAO.. Jessie.. I will have to see that link in detail later.. you are a hoot! LOL Ok... truth be told.. we DECLUTTERED ALOT... did I mention this house is too small.. almost all the toys are packed up.. and we decluttered Reece and Regan's room.. pretty much packed up almost all of it. And having it all like this is making is ALOT easier for me and the girls to keep it clean. Because I AM LAZY!!! But.. I want it organized and clean AND lived in... if there is such a thing. I took the pics ALL on the same day.. I had to move a few things but you'd never know that would ya! Regan and Reece helped me. And we were only going to take pics of the outside to email to our realtor but I ended up just taking alot of pics and emailing her. Why she doesn't do the inside pics... LONG story for another day.... sore spot right now... so.. I just took care of things to control the pictures LOL Oh.. and Jackie.. I saw your old house you sold and your house was GORGEOUS and CLEAN... what do you mean my house is clean and yours wasn't!!! It was NICE and everything had a home.. I loved that house of yours... I could have easily bought your house too.. I loved the way you decorated!!!! And your backyard was AWESOME!!!! A.

OM Goodness....if that doesn't sell right away, nothing will. I love, love, love the pink. Did I mention I always wanted girls? The only way my house would ever be that clean...is if someone else owned it. I really like the cabinets....are they painted or a light wood or what?

The Kitchen Cabs you mean Tricia? They have an vanilla or ivory type of paint on them... then Kevin used a stain and then wiped it almost all off to give it that 'aged" or "distressed" look. So it shows up in just the nooks and crannies. Alot of what kevin built we'd look in magazines or at Home Depot and Lowes in their kitchen area... I can say.. "I want that" and Kevin can build it. I have to say, it was kind of a fun project at times.. the kitchen.. because there were some "what to do's" for certain parts... and I would get creative and say OK..let's do this to fix that... and it worked! That one open shelf area with the spice rack below and light above. That was our ingenious fix to where we ripped out the old built in oven and made it a counter top. We then were faced with NO backsplash anymore and had no original brick to continue on with the old backsplash. We talked about a cork board... something.. then I saw this exact type of thing at Lowes I think.. and said.. THAT'S IT! And that's what he did. It was going to partly be a wine rack but we decided this was quicker this way. Then the spot light shining on it was an after thought I had too later. We flubbed and he put the border on.. .but really should have knocked the facia back to stay even with the other part. It stuck out due to the built in oven no longer there... so to make it look more like it should have been like that... and not a "what were they thinking" kinda thing... I said..how bout a spot light.. and Kevin said.. OK! LOL It was fun to see how we can twist and mold things into thinking. We think alot alike on decor but then sometimes he sees things differently.. and I have to SWAY him to my side LOL. I wasn't going to budge much on the kitchen stuff because I felt I knew what a woman would want in a kitchen more then him LOL. A.

A....just had to say I LOVE the Trim and chair rail in the pink bedroom , and built in shelve....so so pretty...a room for a princess. I also loved the cabinets in the kitchen...I love distressed look.....but not the look that some magazines have where the paint is actually peeling off and falling on the floor !! Distressed and Peeling are NOT the same thing....yours were PERFECT. We also have almost identical Master bedrooms !! LOL....SAME color wall paint, same style bed and sheers on window.....LOL.... I also loved your magazine rack in the family room....is it an actual ladder that you converted to magazine rack ? I love that !! And I had to LOL at all the "knick kncaks" in kitchen and cookbooks....my first instinct is "uh-oh, move those UP !! Quick befroe Erin comes along and in one fell swoop clears them all out and down onto the floor " LOL Actually....she is MUCH better in that respect....but I still worry !! Best of luck selling...it looks great and has a nice big yard...should be a huge selling point !!
