I have found that since my divorce and the whole thing with my almost exhusband began I can no longer settle down and read the same kinds of books I once did and I find that very odd. However, I have found myself picking up suspense novels, thrillers, something I never had a interest in reading...anyways I just got done reading a book I could NOT put down, simply could not, and then passed it on to my neighbor who has complained for three days because she can't put it down and my friend Greg is patiently waiting to read it. It is called the SHADOW MAN and I am sorry to say I cannot tell you the author as my neighbor went up north for the 4th of July, taking the book with her. But it is a must read and it will keep you guessing til the very end and you will still be wrong so for those of you who read the ending first...dont, you'll ruin the book for yourselves!!! I am also currently reading the Mermaids Chair which I saw got good reviews. I love to read, takes me out of my world and into a different one hugs, Robin

Thanks Robin. I do a lot of reading in the summer. As soon as I am finished my book from the library I will see if Shadow Man is there. I love a book that is so good you can't put it down. Last year I read a few that kept me up pretty late.

Yeah, I'm a suspense/mystery/thriller book reader. If you haven't read the James Patterson 'women's murder club' series I highly recommend it. If you want to laugh ...read Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series. John Sanford has his Prey series...more great reads. Ok...one more and I'm done....Catherine Coulter's FBI series are good too. I never read when I was younger....started reading about five years ago and now I ALWAYS have a book to read. Julie, Alia's mom
