I haven't taken the time to read everyone's responses yet, but there is a website called www.IEP4U.com. They had 10,000 or so sample goals and objectives. I see they're now a paid site. Lovely.

Found this on the internet they are goals without objectives that relate to social skills communication etc.
Social Skills/Life Skills/Social Communication
Given direct instruction, practice and visual supports, ______ will successfully demonstrate two new social skills per quarter including, recognizing, expressing and regulating emotions, conversational repair, and non verbal cues at a level of ____ % accuracy. Skills will be determined quarterly by the IEP team.
