Info for teachers on your child with DS

Hi all,
Haven't posted on here in ages, but we are entering a new stage in Matthew's life and once again I have come to the experts looking for advice!
I thought I had read in the past about some parents putting together books for teachers about their child with DS with notes from previous teachers/therapists, etc. I'm looking for some ideas on what info you may have put in regarding your child. Matthew is starting Kindergarten in the fall and I want to put something together for his new teacher. Any ideas on what you may have done would be greatly appreciated.

Look in the IEP section. I will go and bump up the post that was originally started. It is under letter samples

I am in the process of tweeking in for 1st grade.
