Why not? This was something to be shared by all. It is a big moment and people did want to not only meet her but her family too. Trig will not remember but his family will. What I feel for them is the scrunity of the media...........Debbie

I definitely would have done it. For sure.
And he needed to be there. It certainly wasn't going to harm him in any way. Bright lights and noise aren't going to do any harm to a 5-month-old. And he needed to be with his family...there for his mother, his mother and father and siblings there for him, making an appearance to the world.
And he did great!! What a little trooper!

I, for one, am happy that she had Trig with her. What a cutie pie! ;D I would never parade my baby around in big crowds frequently but I think this was a proper rare exception. I think it is important to show the world that our children are loved and adored just like typical kids.

If I would be her, I would do exactly the same thing – would bring all my family with me on that important night. It was so important to show her family to entire world and to show everyone that she is proud mom of five. Way to go, Sarah! I am very proud of her speech and everything she is doing! I very sure, women will not conceder abortions on unborn babies with Down syndrome after knowing and seeing that VP has the same child. Sarah is making a history!

well my wife and i have worked at an auction house for twenty five years, we took all of our kids to the auction when they were babies so they could be fed, there isnt many things more noisey or chaotic than an auction in full swing, my kids slept through all of it,
