Just to make you feel better... We live in a remote/isolated small town in the North of Western Australia and we often have to travel/drive great distances for various reasons. One such trip, Lewis(DS) was for one reason or another, NOT happy about being in the car for this trip... only 500km=310miles...stopping only for toilet breaks...There are NO towns, only 3 Roadhouses along this 5 hour 500km trip... Anyway, the tantrums started only 100km out of our starting point...He threw a shoe out of the window... I refused to stop, no matter how much he protested... I wanted to go home... The tantrums continued... for 5 hours...with items of clothing out the window at varying intervals. By the time we arrived home. he was calm and quiet, sitting in the backseat, completely naked... He thought stripping might be a way of getting my attention and making me stop.... He was wrong After a couple of years... I have convinced him he NEEDS to at least wear underpants... I dont mind him roaming about the house and yard in his Jocks... He HAS this year realised and learned, it is BEST to be dressed when going to the shops... What can I say... All my kids are "Nature Babies" ;D ;D ;D

LOL!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D
You made me laugh out loud when I read your post. I'm sorry...it's probably NOT that funny for you but ohhh...that made me laugh!!! I can only picture me in the middle of Walmart not only trying to pull up Andrew's pants...but my own too!!!! LOL!
I remember when my oldest son was little, I had some friends over for dinner. My son was just learning how to pull himself up on everything. As I stood at the sink washing out a pan, he tried to pull himself up on me and my pants went right down to the floor! My friends thought it was hilarious...I was mortified!! LOL! At least we can laugh about it!
Thanks!!! -Trisha
