All of the kids are so cute. Here is Justin, he would not wear the hat or look at me, but he did have fun. Becky

Awww, all the kids look so cute!!! Here's my two Batmans and one Abby Caddaby: Now looking at this picture, I guess we should have switched Jason & Jake's batman hats - Jason couldn't see half the time because it was too big and Jake's we couldn't pull down where it was supposed to be. We had perfect weather for trick or treating. Ellie was so into it this year so that was fun. Jason, as usual, could really care less about his candy . . . so more for momma's hips!!! LOL Jessie

A bit late, as usual. Robert and Charlie as Thomas and James, posed with this year's example of Lynn's pumpkin carving skills. And a brief pictorial history of getting that pumpkin. -- Bob

I have no pics to share I couldn't find my camera..... I have a friend that took one of Reece... Russell didn't have a costume nor did he trick or treat. Regan went with friends to Chipotle because if you dress like a burrito on Halloween and go to Chipotle they give you a free burrito! LOL Most people wrap in foil or just a part of them in foil.. but Regan and her friends got VERY creative and 13 of them were ingredients of the burrito and THEN wrapped themselves up in foil all together! ;D They then walked into Chipotle like that. Chipotle gave them all a burrito each and took pics of them!!! I thought it was VERY cool!!!! But... no.. no pics.... A.

OMG, that's too funny Adrienne! Very clever group there.
I'm thinking my family needs to all dress as cows next year. Dixie is a herding type of dog and she 'herds' us all the time (I swear she's going to make me fall and break my neck one of these days). Anyway, she can go with us and 'herd' us. I must be getting old to not care that I would be dressed as a cow!!! LOL
Ellie was not too excited when I told her she was going to dress up as a cow next year. ;D

Is it too late to post Halloween pics? These are taken at Jelani's school after the big halloween parade. He's of course Spongebob, and one of the class aides is the yellow M & M, infact she made the M & M costumes herself. I wish the pics came out clearer though. Time for a new camera.

What great costumes, everyone looks awsome.
Susan, I really like the idea of handing out candy out of the back of your van. Courtney loves to hand out candy but we do not get trick or treaters where we live. I might try that next year. Courtney did not dress up this year, she actually had a dentist appointment on halloween. She doesn't like to go out trick or treating anyway so I figured why not have a dentist appointment.

Shelley, We've done this at our church for the past few years. There are prizes given out for the best decorated trunks/backs of vans/etc.............My goal has never been to WIN that competition; just to look "festive" and to enjoy seeing all the kids. We had several rows of vans and the kids were able to just walk through the parking lot trick or treating. Their bags were FULL! We also had games, food, bouncy things, etc inside the church. Fun, safe night.
Susan
