I haven't posted in a while, just because life is a whirl wind lately. My father is in the hospital. It started out as a fall. Then it ended up with MRSA. It has become septic and is in the blood stream. He has had a heart attack and his kidneys have failed. There is so much damage to the heart, it cant pump blood to the organs and the colon has died!!
This had been such a shock, only God can pull him out. At this point, it doesnt look like he is going to make it. I will keep you posted.

Just trying to keep ya up to date. Nothing has changed. They have put him on kidney dialisis(sp). He is talking, Doctors are amazed that he is. They say he should be in a coma. He was actually singing Blue Suede Shoes by Elvis Presley. He is fighting so hard, I just don't know if it is going to help.
Thanks for the encouragement. It really does help.

Stacy, I'm so sorry to hear this! You and your dad will be in my thoughts and prayers. Please keep us posted.
Someone in our family just went through having MRSA and it was very touch and go for him for several months. He's on the mend, but it's a very rough road . . . but people can survive this. Keep the faith.
