::)I cannot believe that today was Alison's last day of kindergarten!!! She's had an amazing year with one of the best teachers I've ever met. ;D ;D ;D I can only pray that her first grade teacher is nearly as good. One nice thing is that she'll have the same aide next year who was wonderful with Alison - didn't fall for Alison's "I can't" line when ever she had to do something new. She really worked well to get the best out of Alison! We're also getting ready for Alison first ever trip to Disney World! ;DI can't wait to see her reaction when she realizes where she is - I haven't told her where we're going, just that she's going to take a plane ride on Thursday! She keeps tellingme "No thank you, no plane, I go in Mommy's brown car!" No way on earth I am driving 24 hrs to Orlando! It'll also be like my first trip there. The last time I was at Disney was in 1983 after graduating from college! I hear it's changed a little bit since then! ;D And, yes, Bob, I'm sure you think of this trip as some sort of child abuse!!! Catch ya all when we get back from visiting with the Mouse! Barb

Sounds like Alison is doing great. And deserves a great vacation. Maybe you should take her to the beach. That's where we plan to go in August, in spite of Lynn's whining. "No way on earth I am driving 24 hrs to Orlando!" What?! Not driving?! You're missing more than half the fun, like stopping at South of the Border at 3 a.m. Oh well, hope Alison has a blast and that Mr. M. Mouse appreciates her coming to visit him. Lynn would like to go with you but probably wouldn't, has never flown, anywhere, is afraid of flying. -- Bob

You have to stop at South of the Border, that is a can't miss. Although I can only go on word of mouth, because Mike looks at me like I am crazy when I suggest stopping there.
Bob, what beach are you heading to? I only ask because we live near Myrtle Beach, and I have met up with several parents I knew from the internet when they have vacationed there.
Barb, Alison is growing up so fast, I know she will have a wonderful time at Disney!

Looks like there are scattered thunderstorms moving around Orlando. No surprise there. Hope Alison & co. are dodging them and having a great time. And hope we get to hear all about it when they get back. -- Bob

Have a great trip. Alison is just about two years older than my Joshie. I'll be thrilled if he can say, "I go in Mommy's car" in two years! Thanks for the encouragement.
