I was wondering if you guys could suggest a good hair cut. Lexi has hair that comes down to just above her shoulders. Her hair is fine and she wants to take care of it herself. But she still has trouble. I heard layers are no good with fine hair. Have any of you parents out there found a haircut that works? ;D

I think a short bob (kind of like the one Katie Holmes was sporting not too long ago) is as good as you can get without making it a really short haircut. If she has naturally curly hair it might look too bushy but if its relatively straight, that should be easy to take care of. If she has naturally curly hair than a layer cut would be fine i think. If its straight, i would stay away from top layers but they could cut it shorter underneath so it lays flatter and she will have less hair to handle. Make sure and post a pic when she gets one!

I like the bob on kids! as long as they do it right, depends on how Lexi feels, the kind that you see Victoria Beckam sport its longer in the front, and well rounded in the back, ive seen some scary immatations tho! good luck!

how about the Kate Gosselin? I hear that's what all the kids are wearing these days... LOL j/k I agree with the bob, I always wore mine like that as a kid : )
I wanted to add: Ashley has fine hair like mine, and she had an adorable cut once, it was just below chin length, with shaggy-ish bangs, it was razor cut on the bottom, kinda like choppy layers. But it wasn't really layerered. Geez, it's hard to describe now, I'll have to see if we have a picture. It was super cute on her anyway.

Cassie had "choppy" layers before and it was cute. That was before she decided to cut all of her hair off last October! It has finally grown back to a decent chin length bob.
