Last year our son got into the storage room, unwrapped all his gifts and played with them the morning of Christmas eve. After a discussion, it was decided that we were not going to replace the gifts. We decided the only Ds thing here was the fact that he completely unwrapped them instead of folding back the paper and retaping it like his typical peers would do.
When I was his age, I peaked at all my gifts and had no surprises Christmas morning. It cured me of peaking.
So, we rewrapped them and put them under the tree. Christmas morning he opened every present with the most unbelievable enthusiasm yelling "I love it."

What a sweet story MB!
I dont really have any stories except that Patrick is totally into Santa this year. If he sees Santa or if you ask him what Santa says, he says "ho ho hee hee hee". I cant wait to see his reaction Christmas morning.

When our son was younger, he would open a present, thank us profusely and refuse to open any others. He had everything he wanted for Christmas - a gift from Santa!
It took us hours to convince him to open the rest of the gifts. He just kept wanting us to open our gifts.
Now, as a teenager, he can't rip through the stuff fast enough!
