Well, my due date was Nov 5th.. and still no baby yet We are waiting patiently but would appreciate any thoughts and prayers for a quick and painless (haha) delivery! Still no name picked out, we have decided that we have to meet him/her first. I'll update when we have news! ;D

So, what Mexican or Tex-Mex restaurants are near you? Tijuana Flats, Chevy's, Chili's, On the Border? All else fails, Taco Bell. Go eat a big meal of Mexican, extra rice and beans--Tijuana Flats has a hot sauce bar. Then take a long walk, maybe in a mall if chilly or wet outside. If that doesn't work, put a hot move on your husband. Either way, have your bags packed. Hope you get to meet Alex soon and you all have a safe landing. -- Bob

Putting the "hot move" (as Bob so eloquently put it) on my husband did the trick both times for me!!
Good luck!!

LOL Thanks Bob, I will have to try that! The dr suggested that also I have been trying to walk around and stay busy, but still no regular contractions. I have had sporadic contractions for the last few days, but that's all. I'm going in to the Dr tomorrow morning for an ultrasound and non stress test for the baby to see how I'm progresssing and how the baby is doing, she may want to induce me then. I kinda want to wait and just let it happen on its own, especially since Matt's birthday is on Friday! Thanks for your thoughts ((HUGS))

Well, I am still pregnant... 41 1/2 weeks to be exact! I thought for sure that we were going to have the baby on Friday, since I woke up at 3am with strong contractions that lasted for about 4 hours but never really got regular, they were more like every 8-10 minutes or so. Then they just went away. Waaahh!! I am so ready to have this baby! Dr. says baby has plenty of fluid and I'm still getting lots of movements so everything is ok. Except for the fact that I am carrying one stubborn child! I am scheduled for my induction on the 17th so if this little one doesn't decide to make an appearance by then, Tuesday's the day! We have been walking alot, eating spicy food- the mexican food didn't work so we tried thai curry today : ) Tomorrow we have tickets to take Ayden to see the Imagination Movers- ha I never anticipated still being pregnant when we bought the tickets! Maybe the singing and dancing will motivate the baby.. let's hope! Thank you all for your thoughts and well wishes I really appreciate it! ((HUGS))
