Little update from our neck of the woods...

Christoper's check with the surgeon was a good one, have to go back in a month for another check but he was given clearance to go on any and all rides he wants while in Disney ;D

Last Wednesday 12/2 Chris turned 17 and I still can't believe my boy is 17 As always at the end of the day on his birthday I sit back and reflect on the day he was born. Just amazing where we were and where we are, what a long strange trip its been ... My boy has taught me lots more then I will ever teach him and makes me smile more then anyone in the world ;D Although he was the one having the B-day I am the one that gets the best Present every day, My Character ;D

Finally this coming Tuesday we will find out what we can do about this thing that has been on Christoper's back, which bothers him The ped sent us to the dermatologist (sp?) which sent us to the surgeon who through his most recent cat scan for his kidneys said you need to go to an orthopedists (sp?). Finally this Tuesday we will have an answer on what it is and what can be done. I pray its not more surgery as was what was first thought but if it comes down to that I will for sure be requesting the anesthesia (sp?) guy he just had. Man he was the BEST of the Bestest

Got a note home from school on Friday that Chris is doing just GREAT and always happy and just a pleasure at school Now those are the kind of notes I just LOVE getting

Kodi Lee is just about to finish up her first semester of junior year at college and doing just SUPER ;D She will be home for Christmas in about 2 weeks and we ALL just can't wait.

Disney in 4 weeks ;D

Oh yea and its snowing here, how cool is that.

Went to the Ped Orthopaedics Doc today and really don't know any more then when we went in

He wanted to schedule a MRI but since Chris has a pace maker he can't have that, so they will be scheduling a sedated biopsy (sp?) of the thing on his lower spine before they schedule surgery for it, which he believes is what Chris will end up needing The biopsy will be done in the hospital in and out same day so that is good

I have no idea when they are doing it, But I told them I need him in tip top shape for Disney.

Nurse said she will call me this week with a date.
