Life Lesson --
No matter how great the school system you are in is or how well your IEP go...never schedule on on your childs birthday!!!
UGH!! I know my sons limitations and I don't deny them but its still hard to hear other people say it....espically on his birthday!!!
All in all....Great IEP though!!!

Will try to remember that. Other than that, hope you and Collin had a good day. Lynn has criticized me for scheduling doctor visits on birthdays. Nothing like a good blood draw to wish somebody a happy birthday. -- Bob

Hey, I know people that get mamograms and rectals done on their bdays...so why not an IEP? LOL
Glad the IEP went well, even if it was his bday.......

Well...the mammogram and rectal would be done to me and that would be OK (not fun but would live through it) but, it's a momma bear thing...not wanting to hear bad things about your kiddos even if you know what they are saying is true!!!
Ok...figured it out!!! Collin's birthday plus PMS!! So...make sure you plan your IEP's not on your child's birthday nor when your going to start. To many hormones and emotions to deal with on one day! LOL
