Oh my goodness...forget the tissue - you need an entire box of kleenix for this one!!! This was a beautiful story, and the pictures really put you right in the moment. Thanks for sharing Jodi

This was like reading my very own story. It was so similar, and I feel such a relief, even 11 years, to know what I was feeling was normal. I have not often admitted to some of the thoughts that went through my head those first few days, and give the author such credit for so beautifully expressing raw emotions of this diagnosis.
A must read!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sobbing so hard that I have two dogs and a cat who are concerned about me. That was so beautiful, and those pictures are so beautiful....it's amazing how unconditional love always seems to be the key.

I invited her. Hope she comes and looks around at all of our cutie pie's And, read more recent posts. She is a great writer and i'm sure she will be a great advocate for our kids
