Just curious if any of your kids exhibit OCD tendencies? Seems like alot of things have to be "just so" for Ayden, just wondering if this is a common thing among our kids?

Christopher has true OCD and is on meds for it. When the meds work they work GREAT but then they stop and we have to play around with the meds again to find the right one and right amount. I do believe OCD tendencies is very common in ones with DS, although Chris has the dual DX of DS and Autism (sp?) so maybe its more common with that Unless it gets in the way of life, learning, etc. I think you are fine, just my thoughts CC~

Mikah has OCD behaviors, like insisting on closing most open doors he sees, but it doesn't get to the point of being more than an annoyance for the adults and his brother. It's hard to tell with him how much is being 7, how much is wanting control over his environment when he is mostly non-verbal, how much is Ds, and how much is something else.
