Hoping Susan can make the video viewing in Times Square...we can not. Wouldn't it be cool if the Two Emilys ended up sequenced next to each other??? We will have to be content with the video which I just ordered for Em. BTW Saturday the 24th is also Marnie's birthday...so think of her too if you are there.

Finally decided that even if I did have the $$$ necessary to drive 13 hrs to NYC and spend ONE day there for the Buddy Walk, it really would not be a wise use of that $$. (Didn't really matter, because we truly did not have that kind of money right now) So, here I sit..........totally bummed! ! ! Emily, on the other hand, will come home on Friday afternoon and be absolutely thrilled to hang out at home, go to horse therapy, go to her first baseball game (like miracle league), maybe see a movie and get a pedicure. I need to work on being 1/2 as content as she is!!
Anyone going?? I'd sure love to get a picture of the big screen with Em's pic on it!!!

Contentment sure is a key to life, isn't it? Isn't it great having kids that can model it for us?

Thanks for sharing the links, Bob. It was easy to spot our two beautiful Emilys. Chris

Well I ithink we get in from time to time because they have fewer submissions from adults and they want to portray the entire life span of people with DS. Just keep submitting...and watch their website because when you submit you give them permission to use your pics.
