HELLO TO EVERYONE! IT HAS BEEN SO LONG SINCE I HAVE BEEN ON HERE. BUT WE ARE PRETTY BUSY THESE DAYS! FIRST OF ALL KARLEY IS OFF THE NG TUBE !! IT WAS A COMBINATION OF LETTING HUNGER HELP US AND ME NOT BEING SO WORRIED ABOUT EVERY LITTLE OUNCE. HER WEIGHT HAS MAINTAINED , JUST LOSING A FEW OUNCES, I JUST COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. SHE IS ALL OVER THE PLACE NOW. CRAWLING, STANDING AND CRUISING! WE ARE HAVING SOME TROUBLE WITH HER EARS, AND SHE HAS TO HAVE TUBES PUT IN AT THE END OF THIS MONTH. SHE HAS FAILED 4 HEARING TEST. SO WE WILL SEE IF THE TUBES HELP, HOPEFULLY. ALL OTHER HEALTH PROBLEMS ARE DOING WELL. THANK HEAVENS!! ALSO ,IS IT SAFE TO POST A PIC NOW?

Kristin: GREAT to hear from you. Karley sounds like she is doing AWESOME!!! Keep up the posts!
About the photos......we are THRILLED to have our photo album back. There is increased security, but of course we know all too well that there are losers out there who could find a way to mess with our photos, if they wanted to do so. We hope and pray that will never happen again, and I have personally posted a number of photos of my own kids. I think it's a personal decision.

Congratulations on losing the NG tube! I know how exciting that is. Have you checked out the Yahoo feeding group? They have some great suggestions for kiddos learning how to eat "real" food.
If you have any questions about hearing tests, loss, aids etc. Just drop me a line. Maggie has had tubes since she was 18 months old. It really helped and thankfully, she hasn't had to have them replaced as they fell out.
Keep us posted.
