Okay, my ever so wise friends......I have a question about myself and I have searched web to no avail, so I thought I'd ask you all..... I have symptoms similar to morning sickness.....sensitive to smells, tastes and even textures ( something slimy will make me lose it !). It occurs randomly and yes, even throwing up.....it feels just like when I had morning sickness.....BUT.....not to get too personal or anything.....ther is NO WAY I am preganant....let's just leave it at that and no comments from the peanut gallery !! Anyone ever hear of this.....I know Morning Sickness is due to hormonal changes.....could they just randomly be affecting me, too ? Any ideas would be welcome.....

I used to feel like that when I forgot to take my birth control pill. I was very sensitive to the hormonal changes and had to take it the same time everyday. It sure sounds like your hormones are out of whack.

Maybe you need a routine check up and have your blood sugar tested....

Any recent surgeries?
My hormones and cycle have gone astray each time I had a surgery. (3 surgeries, 3 irregular times of months of irregularity). How about age? They say pre-menopause can start even at the age of 35.
Just some thoughts...

"what else would make hormones off" Probably lots girl and I am thinking you are to young for this but pre-menopause can set those hormones off. Is it possible you just have some form of stomach virus and all that stuff odd smells and such just make you plain feel sick?? Hmmm where is the Doctor in the house when you need him/her Feel better girl and I am curious now, what it could be CC ~

I just went through something like that..found my issue to be sinus/headache/inner ear related. I feel for you! I was literally gagging at things that sure shouldn't gross a Mom out!
Hope you get it figured out soon! Take good care of yourself!

I feel for you. My Daniel is now almost 16 months and I had morning sickness the whole time with him. I can still vividly remember how awful it felt.
I have to say, I am very prone to feeling this way even when I am not pregnant. My emotions play a huge role in it. When I get nervous or stressed about something, I feel like I am going to throw up...and sometimes do. Also, to echo what others have said about hormomes......I'm 37 and I have heard menopause can start early!! Can't hurt to talk to a doctor. Many prayers you are feeling better soon!!
