Yesterday I found a rounded bump on Luke's tummy and became very scared. We came to the urgent care but doctors said that they think it is just a piece of fat tissue. I know that adult are having this things, but never had new that children having that.
Maybe it is just DS related?

No, not Ds related as far as I know. I've seen quite a few people who have them. In fact, my DH has a small one in the side of his chest. We've watched it to see if it gets any larger, but it hasn't been any problem. Susan

I had one removed from my ribcage are when I was 20 years old. I think I have another one now on my arm. I've been watching it too and will be having it checked soon. Anyway, they call them fatty tumors and when the doc took mine out some 15 years ago, it looked like a big lump of fat.

Hmmm ALICE not sure if this could be the same as CHRIS But when he was Hmmm 4/5 I found this bump like thing sticking out some a little over his belly button and turned out to be a Hernia. So not seeing Luke and not knowing exactly what you see, I have no idea but thought I would share what Christopher's little bump like thing that stuck out a little was CC ~

CC, The first thing after the very bad thing came to my mind it was "hernia". Doctors said that it can not be because it is not on the center area. I do not know what it was - because after few days - it's gone. Can fatty thing go away that quickly? Probably not... Can hernia go away (not being seen)? Yes... So, that is the mystic. Alice
