I'm sure this has been discussed here before, but I'm just wondering how many of you give your kids supplements - whether it's EFA's, Nutravene D, zinc and magnesium, or just plain ole vitamins.
If so, what do you give, and how much?
Thanks!

Stevie eats all her veggies, fruits, dairy, and meats beautifully. She's also very healthy - maybe one cold, average duration, per year. So she gets no suppliment. Otherwise I'd give her half a children's chewable ('cause she's under 4).

When I remember to buy them, I give myself and Russell (in a smaller dosage) LIQUAMAX vitamins from Sam's Club. It's a liquid form, they taste decent and it's practically the ONLY thing I have found for him! I really like them myself.. lots of good stuff in them! They are like a multi plus type of vitamin. So there is other good stuff other then just the alphabet in there I also am seriously considering starting Russell on Ginko Biloba but haven't bought any yet. I am looking locally for a specific brand and I may have to order it. Other then that... Russell went many years with NO vitamin. After he was about 3 or so, he stopped doing the Polyvisol stuff and I couldn't find anything else he would take. I had a powder vitamin that he use to take but he started not liking that too. A.
