T&A removals.....
We are scheduled for the removal March 10.. Friday. We went to the ENT yesterday for an overall checkup since we've never been.. and the apnea. Russell's tonsils are "bigger then normal" and from what I told him about Russell's sleeping and everything going on... we are going to just go ahead with the T&A removal.
I really liked the doc.. and I must say.. my boy did AWESOME at the doc and just had an overall good day with mommy yesterday! His receptive language skills were "ON" yesterday so it was really neat to see him "maturing". ;D

Yea for the good day!
Patrick has only had his adnoids removed but it has made a huge difference in how much he gets sick during the winter. He has only had a couple of colds so far this winter and those did not last very long at all~so I hope it helps Russell just as much!

You will see a big change. Lauren started to be a chatter box when her T&A came out. She sleeps better (when she sleeps) and is sick less often.

A,
Good luck to Russell. It has been 4 years since Kourtney had her T&A and it has made a world of difference. Here's to hoping all runs smooth with a speedy recovery.
P.S. The thing I remember the most is the AWFUL breath that child had while recovering YUK!!

A. I will keep YOU and your little man in my prayers. Collin had his removed 2 years ago....so the best advice I can give you is make sure you keep up with the pain meds atleast every 3.5 to 4 hours even if he's not showing any signs of pain for atleast 10 days. It is so much easier to keep them comfortable if you keep the pain away!! And you will be amazed at how diffenent he acts at that 10 day mark....it is like a light is turned on!! Hugs girl, Connie
