I am very sorry for your loss. My first pregancy ended in miscarriage at 13 weeks. The baby had died a few weeks prior.....but I never bled. I asked my doctor why I never bled and he said sometimes womens bodies will just hold on longer when they really really want the baby. I think that is what happened with me.....because after the u/s revealed the baby was no longer alive....I started to bleed that night. I guess I held on as long as I could....but when I received the news....I let go. I had a D&C because I just could not bear the natural process. My thoughts and prayers are with you......

Renee I am sooooo sorry to hear this. I also lost a little girl. I was 4and 1/2 months pregnant when they couldn't hear a heart beat at one of my visits and sent me to another hospital to get an ultra sound. Back then small communities did not have ultra sound. This happened 26 years ago on May 16. I will never forget the date, but it does get easier once you have went through the grieving. All my love and prayers go your way and your hubby too.

I too am sorry to hear of your bad news
I had a miscarriage too before I had Hannah and had to have a D&C, here in the UK they give you general anaesthetic, so I was totally knocked out and there was no pain after

I am so ddeply sorry for your loss. I can truly empathize after suffering one miscarriage requiring a D&E and then losing Jordan at 13 days old. I will say some prayers for you to help you through this time. If you need anything let me know......even if just a shoulder or ear.
