Virginia Tech is hosting a CONFIDENTIAL research study for parents in Virginia who are going through or have gone through the IEP process. It is an interview assessment which is being conducted and asks questions such as; how the process has affected your family, your career, your reaction to the process, your treatment during IEP meetings, etc. If you are interested in participating in this study, pease contact Al at 540 819-1656. The results of the study will be shared with those of influence, such as the Virginia Department of Education.

This is almost totally off topic, well ok, it's completely off topic - but I happen to be in Virginia right now. When I saw this thread I thought, huh, quite the coincidence that Ms. Snowbird posts about ole Virginny while I'm here. Yeah, I know, it's really NOT all about me me me me! LOL
I'm lonely in my hotel room can you tell? LOL

I am so glad to find out about this. Why does it that the teachers who care so much about my children seem like my enemy when it is EIP time?
