Hey Suzi! Regardless of what we wind up doing next year, Al and I definately plan on visiting Pittsburgh again. When we do, I'll be sure to let you know and we will hook up much better next time. I never dreamed anyone would want to tag along with us to Lancaster - too bad! We got an extra surprise when I had to take Al to the ER at Lancaster General Hospital. Oh the sites we get to see sometimes!!! Ugh, what's life without a little drama!!! LOL! I promise to plan better next time!!!

It is now a week later and I finally am posting about our trip. My family had so much fun in Pittsburgh. Meeting up is always a real good time. This was our 5th year in getting together. It just goes by too quick for us before we knew it, it was Monday morning and time to head out.
Thanks Deanna for the first aid supplies. Matthew's knees are healing well. He did not show me his feet until we got home and his ankles and toes were burned as well. He was in a lot of pain the whole ride home and had to spread out across the seat. He could not bend his knees for 3 days. The scabs are starting to fall off now. I am sure he will never try a treadmill at the highest speed again without shoes on.
Dolly, I wish we could have talked more. I did not get much time to chat with you.
Annette and Pat and Barb, Arianna just loved the attention from your girls I know she wishes she had a sister to pal around with. Barb, Maybe next time you could ride some roller coasters with me. Suzi, Your boys were great tour guides. They told me that I did not need my map and they would be our guides.
I enjoyed meeting the new families: Suzi, Pat, Christine, Dolly and Deanna. It was great seeing Annette, Barb and Susan again. It was fun to have so many kids for Matthew to hang around with and everyone always seems to get along so well. We all seem to have a special bond within us. I wish we all lived closer together so we could spend more time together. Even my husband had a good time. Sometimes it is harder for guys around people they do not know.
We definately needed more time at Kennywood. I would have like to have visited more too, but I had to take Arianna on the rides, because Tony does not do rides. She just wanted more and more rides.
We are looking forward to next year maybe somewhere a little closer the ride was a bit long for the three days we were there. Hopefully we can make it. Also I will try and post more often.
Susan, Tell Terry Tony missed chatting with him.
The water park was tons of fun as well. Arianna loved the water slides, the wave pool, and the kiddie pool. I enjoyed the slides just as much. My husband was just content to relax in the sun.
