When we need JT's attention we put our hand on his chin and tell him to look at our eyes. Today I was eating a bowl of cereal and weeding out a pile of papers, Mr. JT walked up to me, grabbed my chin, pretty sure he told me to look into his eyes and gave me a lecture about something. Couldn't understand a word he said, but I do know he was not happy with my choice of not paying any attention to him. When he finished he growled at me, put his hands on his hips and did his flat footed walk away from me.
I tried very hard to stay straight faced during my lecture, but it was really hard not to burst out laughing. His little eyes staring me down meant business.

Awww LOLOL Dawn I am always saying to Chris "Look at me" before I tell him what I need to tell him, he does much better when he is looking at the one speaking. So now he before he tells me anything says "Look at Me" although Chris makes it all one word "Lookatme" LOL CC

I can just see him doing that. Aren't you dying to know the reason for the lecture? Too cute.

How often I have insisted that Emily "look at me" before giving her a long lecture. TOO funny when it gets turned around on us! I still occasionally hear "Mom! Are you wistening to me" ? Susan
