Ok, it's official!! I spoke with the nice people at the PARK TOWER INN hotel today and have worked out all the details for July 13-15th.

Here they are:
Our confirmation number is: 9148037 and the block of rooms is under my name. Right now, ALL 10 rooms are being held with my credit card, so I'm very eager for each family to call and reserve their own room and hold it on YOUR credit card!! Call 1-800-453-8605.
The room rate is $89.95 for Friday night and Sat night (plus tax, of course) and $79.95 for Sunday night. Including tax, the total for 3 nights is $290.39.
They DO have suites, but they seem kind of pricey to me. The suite has 2 queen sized beds and one king sized bed, and kitchenette, and the rate is $179.95 for Fri and Sat and $159.95 for Sun night. The woman said a suite would hold six adults or 2 adults and 4 kids, etc. Normally, they do not allow more than 5 people in any room, so a suite would allow room for just a little more.
This hotel has Dollywood tickets....several types. We can talk about that later, but here are the prices they gave me:
A 2 day ticket to Dollywood (bought at the hotel) is $47.95 including tax for adults. Kids 4-11 are $36.80.
OR......There is a thing called the Splash and Play combo ticket for one day at Dollywood and one day at Dolly's water park for $70.25 for adults and $53.50 for kids 4-11. Kids under 4 are free.
The outdoor pool is open from 9am to 11pm. The indoor pool is open from 9am to 2am. The breakfast room is LARGE, so we can spend time together there too.
Now, if you have questions, please feel free to ask me. Otherwise, please call and take one of those 10 rooms!!
