We have had 3 FULL nights sleep with Damara! WooHoo. I feel like a different woman. The things we changed were: only allowing a 1 hour nap early afternoon and a "quite time" for about 1/2 hour around 4:30ish...then we added a night light and added a CD player with soft baby lullabye's (music only) and she LOVES it! I don't know which part made it work, but I'm not going to change a thing. It will all stay this way until it no longer works... She is a much happier little girl too! We love having our little one back! ;D

Oh Shirley! So sorry you're sleep deprived like me...sorry no advice...I just want to share how while your Damara is having dreaded night terrors...Jelani is having, "I'll wake up anytime I want in the middle of the night and play with my toys terrors"!!!
I love how you have the lullaby music, how totally sweet and I miss those days, now I play NO MUSIC at all because it only keeps Jelani awake and craving his toys!!!!!
From what I've read night terrors are frightening but normal and will pass I'll have to get back to you on how long that will take on average!
