Hi Everyone, Here is a new picture of Ayden, and a couple of pictures of our recent trip up to Hokkaido to see the Sapporo Snow festival, Ayden did really well with the cold and snow, but he hated the plane ride, I think it must have hurt his little ears... The snow festival was amazing, there were 100's of snow and ice sculptures, some bigger than houses and 10 stories tall!

Awwwwwwwwwww to the picture of Ayden! Just precious!!!!!
And Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh to the ice/snow sculptures! Amazing! I don't remember enough about Japan to know where you're at, but I spent 2 summers as an exchange student MANY years ago. My host families lived near Mito and I had over an hour ride by train and bus to school each day. We also spent a bit of time in Tokyo, but I always wanted to go to Hokkaido and never made it.

Thanks to everyone for your nice comments! Susan- we live about an hour south of Tokyo, and I love spending time there as well! I don't take the trains as much since we have a car, but they sure can get crowded, huh? I have seen "pushers" (train porters hired to do just that) packing people into cars so tight, it's unbelievable..
