this... Lauren went to the Neurologist today. He was looking at her for her sleep issues. He has ordered us to increase the Melatonin to 9MG. We can go up to 12 MG. AND we stay on the Clonidine. I was surprised because the Pedi. said no melatonin now. The Neuro said it is not habit forming and will help.
Tune in...

I hope it works too! Very hard to function with no or very little sleep. We just went through sleeping issues with Damara and I have to say...I did lose my sense of humor. Best of luck on the combination and Good Night!!!

So glad for you!!! Haven't had to deal w/ med's and Brookster. I did go sleep deprived for 2 years though and I know it is not so fun, AT ALL!!! She actually has been sleeping from 9-9:30 till about 7-7:30 for almost two weeks now and I feel sooo much better. Hopefully this will continue and rub off on Lauren so you can get some rest too Everyone knows, mommy's need their sleep!!! Happy sleeping!!! zzzzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!

It did work. Amazing. She woke up one time to go to the bathroom. She came in our room and laid down on the sofa we have there and she was out until 7 am. She was in a wonderful mood this morning. I pray it keeps getting better.

Hi everyone. It's nice to be back on UnoMas. We too gave up and placed a tv, (no cable), DVD/VCR, computer (no internet) and stereo (with headphones) in our son's room so he would stop waking us up in the middle of the night. And just like CC, our son decided to start sleeping through the night.
Maybe the electronics take away the anxiety of waking up with nothing to do? I know that when I am up sick in the middle of the night, I find great comfort in going to the couch and watching t.v. and I usually fall back to sleep.
