Hi!
Does anyone have experience with their child wearing glasses AND hearing aids? Ava has been wearing glasses for a while and she just got hearing aids. The problem is she can only wear one or the other NOT both at the same time.
Ava really needs to wear both at the same time but the glasses will not fit over her hearing aids behind her ears... UGGG.. HELP! Any help would be greatly appreciated! -Shan ;D

My older son has a mild hearing loss and wears glasses and a hearing aid, but his hearing aid fits inside the ear, none of it goes over the ear, so there isn't a problem.
Sounds like your daughters hearing aid goes over her ear? That would be tricky.

Hmmm Christopher wears both for bout 2 years now and has no problem. Is it possible that the glasses wrap to far back around the ears, KWIM?? Just a thought. Christopher has digital hearing aids, part that fits in the ear and then a little tube thing that wraps over and around the ear hooked to a little piece. Is that the kind of hearing aid your daughter has?? Chris puts his aids in then puts his glasses on. Hmmm just another thought but how bout going to the Eye Doc to see if he can adjust the glasses over the aids... BEST of LUCK CC

My daugther also wears glasses and a hearing aide, But hers fit like CC's Son's. Her glasses go on first and her hearing aide I put on last and the top part of it that goes around her ear kind of sits on the arm of her glasses. We do have it safety pinned on her though just in case she was to lose it I would take her to the place you bought her glasses and maybe they can help you or give you different arms to her glasses to make it work. Hugs Heidi
