Has anyone read it? It's by Kate Strohm and it's about "growing up with a brother or sister who has special needs." I'm looking forward to reading it, since I'm a sibling. It'll be nice to hear other's stories. Evan

Hi, I'm 24. My sister, Lindsay, is 21. I started reading the book tonight. I'm on chapter 4. I think it's great for siblings--also parents, other family, friends, etc. The book is called Being the Other One, Growing Up with a Brother or Sister Who Has Special Needs . It's by Kate Strohm and ISBN is 1-59030-150-1. Sorry for all the info but I was really excited to find this book, I've looked for something like this for sibs for a long time. If your daughter ever wants to talk my email is esBluebird@aim.com and my screenname is esBluebird. Evan

LisaRI--where in RI do you live? I grew up in Peace Dale, a tiny tiny town near Naragansett Bay. I live in NC now but miss New England! ;D
