Great job to the Red Sox..... I am exhausted from all these late night games, but how exciting it is here in Boston !!! This is actual history in the making for generations of us whonever thought we'd see it !! I am glad my children got to watch it last night & see that hard work really does pay off !!

Tricia,
I spent most of my growing-up years in Cambridge!!! All of my family is still in Cambridge.
Who knows - maybe I even know some of your in-laws, no wouldn't that be a hoot!?!?!

Let's see Barb....my husband didn't grow up there...he was a military brat. But his father had a brother and sister that stayed in the area....and many, many cousins. My father-in-law and his brother are the last name Fernald, his sisters married name is Josimovich and she and her daughter still live in Cambridge in the original family homes that were built by my father-in-laws maternal grandfather, whose name I believe was Shay or Shea. This is on Royal Ave. I have only visited once many years ago. But we attended my dh's grandmother's 90th birthday in the original family homes.
