Alla, The whole concept of this diet seems sensible........(eating the BIG meal for breakfast, etc) but I just can't see myself eating COD for breakfast!!! Thanks for posting it.

Susan, I do not understand what "COD" means, sorry. I think they said: "eat for breakfast what you eat for dinner, and eat what you eat for breakfast at dinner time." You even should not change the food you eat, just reverse it! From my point of view this diet is very healthy and also it is the very old way: eat big breakfast, lunch should be smaller, and dinner is even smaller than a lunch. Sorry, if it doesn't work for you.... I will look for something else for you. Alla.

LOL Alla.......the first day's menu I looked at suggested "cod" for breakfast. Cod is a type of fish. I was attempting to be funny........there were tons of other things to eat besides fish. As I said, it does seem like a sensible way to eat. I'm sorry to say that I haven't always eaten sensibly.
While you are looking for me, can you find me a diet where I can eat Poptarts for breakfast, Mexican food with chips and salsa for lunch (of course with a diet drink), pizza for supper and a banana split for a bedtime snack??? Oh no......that is my current diet! No wonder I'm not losing weight!
