[glow=red,2,300][/glow]we go to the boise highland games every year and one of our favorite events is to watch the scottish band the wicked tinkers, they are great, they play the pipes , drums and diggerydoo among other things they dance wildly and the crowd dances, with the kids from the irish and highland dance clubs joining in,we always sit in the back of the tent instead of the crowd so we get a close up view of the band and arent crowded by the rest of the spectators(we arent in the tent but rather behind it ,as it has no walls) keith jones the drummer always makes his rounds with his drums letting kids join in , the first year victoria took both his drumsticks and went to town on his drums hahaha then she refused to give them back....... this year he let her play his drums again and she was more tentative but he told us to let her come into the tent and he took her into the center of the tent and both her and he played the bass drum while the band played wildly around them,,, she got quite a round of applause i can tell u !!! he brought her back and told me she could play the drum anytime she wanted and even got her a kettle drum?.. and she played while they played it was great!!! after the show he came and got victoria for a picture on our camera with the band he wants us to email it to him for his wife who is a special ed teacher (in california i think) anyway if u guys like wild scottish irish music go to utube and search wicked tinkers,, they are great and lots of fun,,,, oh by the way....... since we sit on the ground the view of the band is ....... well .........shall we say........ well u know what they say about true scotts and what they wear under their kilts
