we put those plastic things u put over doorknobs on our front door when Liv started to do this. Hated to stifle her newfound trick but didn't want her wandering out front. You know the plastic ones adults have trouble with too the ones you have to squeeze to be able to turn the handle or otherwise it spins? Good luck and conrats to googs. Steff

Only put the plastic things on the front door no where else unless it was a dangerous room we wanted her to stay out of. BTW when Liv first opened our bathroom door she took my husband brand new 100 dollar cell phone which was at least 45 minutes old and flushed it down the toilet. So not onlky did we need a new toilet but also a new phone sigh.

Oh that sucks Steff I do know what your talking about. The plastic spinning handle covers. That door is the only one she can get to. The other doors are already blocked by baby gates. This one has a baby gate on the outside. I just am always locking the deadbolt. The stoopid door is metal so i'm still trying to figure out what to put there

I dislocated my finger whereby it looked like a stair when I tripped over the dang baby gate and my finger smashed str8 into the wall. At the time I had 6 kids in my house and had to find all their respective moms so I could go to er to get my step finger fixed. I hate those baby gates now. LOL Steff
