don't you be talkin about my man, Pierce Brosnan......I just love him...and the other "father", Colin Firth is a close second. I haven't seen the movie yet, but plan to (if I ever get a free night/afternoon.) Yeah, I've been reading Pierce isn't a very "melodioc" singer...but thats fine with me. I'd watch him if he were reciting the phone book!

I did love Colin Firth...always have. Our exchange student from Germany in 1988 used to love Remington Steele and P. Brosnan...somehow that just seems soooooooooo long ago and I just always think of him as "older"...sorry if I ruffled the feathers of those who think of him as a cutie patootie...LOL.

Just saw it today....my friend called to see if my boys wanted to see the StarWars cartoon movie....so the boys saw that and the girls saw Mamma Mia in the next theatre.....it was cute....I'm still singing the songs now..... And Yes....I'll listen to Pierce sing anytime......what I have to add on him is....he looks out-of-sorts in blue jeans.....he is a man that looks GOOD in a suit.....save the blue jeans for Tom Selleck ( did I just "age" myself there or what ??)

This is the best movie I have seen for a long, long time. I loved it. I saw it on Broadway but think I like the film version the best because of the cast, I love Pierce Brosnan and Colin Firth and any film with Julie Walters is is always good.
