Well normally Em is a good nanny...but not when someone is sick. Katie emailed me that Hayden has a stomach thingy and I emailed back and asked if it was viral or something she ate...I love this reply...LOL
Well, it was obvious when she threw up all over my bed that she had not digested her hot dog! But she was not feeling good all day yesterday. Hay, Emily and I were all watching A Chorus Line in my room last night. Hayden fell asleep. All of a sudden she sat up and screamed, I am going to throw up. Emily gagged – I sent her to get Tony – and from the top of the steps Em said, “Hey Tony, we have a situation up here!”

Well, I would call that a situation too! I don't handle vomit very well so I think that was a great reaction!

I need Em here!! I wish I had a nanny like her. I fired my nanny after 2 days. I bet Em is 100x better than this "nanny" could dream to be.

Em has the greatest sense of humor and she makes me smile every time I read an Em story! I'd love to meet her. Seems like the only time I'm ever in Texas is to sit or race from terminal to terminal at DFW or Houston!

"We have a situation up here"...that's classic! Like she's saying "houston, we have a problem" lol
So how's Hayden's stomach been after that?

Actually Hayden is just now beginning to feel good. For about 3 days she had no appetite and no energy...they even carried her up the stairs. Yesterday she perked up and Katie took her swimming but she is still not herself. Kate said this was a weird "flu" for sure...and none of them have gotten it.

I like the "Tony, we have a situation up here" line. It is very funny but, not maybe to Emily. Vomit and I don't get along either. Quite gross..........Debbie

I agree Debbie and so does Katie I am sure. Actually there is even a better story.
On Fathers Day Katie was talking to Ed on the phone when Sammy the dog threw up. Katie did the appropriate "EWWWWW" and said to Ed ..."What am I going to do...I can't deal with this and ...it's Father's Day"
In the background Emily said " You don't have to worry, Katie...the cat is eating it!!!!!!" Of course that totally did Katie in...LOL.
Obviously Em the Nanny doesn't deal with puke. ;D
