of your family and in particular of your special angel. Hi I haven't been able to be part of the UNoMas family ever since Isabella was born, it seems. I miss you all so much and really wish that I had the time or energy to read and write to all your post So as Noah gets older I can't help but wonder what new things your angel is doing. Or not even new but just what is daily life like. Even if it seems boring and not worth writing I want to hear about it. I would love to peek into your lives. Noah is getting 1 hour of speech, 1 hour of occupational and 30 minutes of physical therapies a week. There is also a 1/2 hour music class in between these. Noah is doing amazing. He fluctuates between really being vocal. He imitates just about anything you want him too. He doesn't really speak though on his own. We have to ask him to say something. Simple stuff : apple, mama dada, Isabella ( yes, he tries and sometimes says it very close to the right thing). I love his voice. He has orthodics now, he has had for about 2 months. He still doesn't walk but he really wants to. However I think that becuase he is so good and so fast at crawling that he easily get frustrated and tired with trying. Some days it is a challenge. I admit that I do not really work nearly as much as I should with him. Most of the day I just let him do what he wants. He and his sister are getting better at playing together. Isabella walks like a pro now. PS One more request. I would love to see the latest pics of all our kids. Like Brooks new pic with those long pigtails. OMG she is too CUTE!!! OK I will really try to come on here at least once a day. Or once a week at the least. I dont' want to lose touch with you all. So much more to say but I am falling asleep ;D ;D ;D ((((((((((((((((((((Hugs to you all))))))))))))))))))))))

Damara's typical day is rise at 6:00ish am, will fuss until someone gets up and puts on Gullah Gullah Island...She will prep for school and then off to the bus by 7:15. School is broken into 2 areas...1 class with special needs children, 1 teacher and 2 aides (only 4 children in the class), she spends approx. 1/4 of her day there, the rest is with the typical children in Kinder. She has best friends (girl friends) at school. One in particular that just adores Damara. Teacher says they don't even need to communicate verbally, they just both "get" each other. Then Buss ride home to do some work with Daddy on letters, numbers, patterns whatever Daddy can get her to participate with. She is allowed 1 show of Gullah Gullah before dinner then off to bed by 7:30ish....Damara gets 90 mins a week of speech and 60 min of OT a week at school. She is not doing well with speech, so we are looking into private also. She has already been approved for summer school or ESY as they call it here (extended school year), due to the regression that happened from school winter break. Guess that's it...She is a Hoot, great sense of humor and so very loving...she is just a doll!

{{{{{HUGS JESS}}}}} A day w/ Brooker...Hahahaaa. Well how about yesterday No work for the Momma and it was an amazing 65* day. She wakes up at 6am every.freeking.day LOL. She has to go to the potty and then heads straight for the Signing Time on her TV while Momma has her coffee and news. Don't bug the Momma time LOL. A few minutes later sister is awake and Brook has to get her hair straightened and help Mary get ready for school. Then she will have some cereal and milk. We take Mary to school where Brook will freeeek out if sister doesn't give her hug and kiss before the door shuts. Then we come back home and goof off till Dad gets up. Then it's a good hour of buggin' Dad while Mom cleans the house. Brooker got a fishtank so she has been "playing" w/ her fishes. (Mary just walked in the door w/ two hampsters. Oh this should be fun Uggg) It was such a nice day that I decided to mow the yard. Brook got the lesson in how to change a spark plug As you can see some of the morning was playing chalk in the driveway. We practiced spelling and shapes. Gramma came over for a minute to fix Mary's bike she crashed. Auntie and Uncle showed up a bit later to have BBQ and play and read books. Brook forgot a nap so we were in bed at 8 pm. Lazy day NOT typical for sure. Brook has school on Tues and Thurs from 10-12noon. She absolutly loves school. Throw in the doc appts for all three of them most days, plus work 4 days a week in which Brook is the boss there too LOL. She greets the customers and her job is to hand them the credit card reciept and say Hi and Bye. She does great. I figure I can retire soon and just sit on the couch to supervise. She almost has everything under control Hahahaaa. When we are at work we do ALOT of reading and of corse, her words. Gotta take that big ol' box of words everywhere. Why couldn't she like a blankie? LOL

Thank you so much ladies for sharing that "peek" into your world. I loved it! Damara sounds like she has a great and pretty typical life. Makes me happy to hear that she has best friends at school and that she is cared for and enjoys going to school, it sounds like. And Brook, well what can I say about that cutie, there is no stopping her. Always learning isn't she? You are such a great mommy, I love your honesty. I usually sit Noah down for Signing Time just about everytime I need to do cook or need time for myself. I love Rachel, I am going to write to her someday and thank her. Give your angels a KISS from me!!!!!

A typical day for us starts at about 7am when the kids get up. Daniel goes potty..then off to watch Spongebob while he eats breakfast. The kids get face washed, teeth brushed, hair combed, dressed and busses pick them both up by 8:30. Daniel attends an integrated preschool 5 days a week for 1/2 days. On Mon,Tues and Wed..he also goes to daycare till around 4pm. On Thurs and Fri he comes straight home after school (my husband works from home on those days). He gets ST and OT 1 hour each week. No more PT at all. I'll try to get a video of him talking recently. He speaks 2-3 word sentences. He has a long way to go with speech...but he can talk clearly enough to get his needs and wants known. So after school and when I get home from work, we eat dinner, do homework..run errands...play Wii, snuggle ALOT

Abby gets up at six and has breakfast and then gets dressed for school. She leaves at 7:00 AM and doesn't get back home until 4:00 PM. It's a very long day.
Abby watches some of her favorite programs. Barney is one of them, and then she has dinner. After dinner she will watch some more of her favorite programs.
By 8:00 PM she is in bed. She loves school but she's tired when she gets home. She tells me she loves school.
