Do you have a picture program? Like MS Picture It? I have more than one program but use my HP program right now because it is linked to both my scanner, printer and use it for my downloader from my PC.
If you have a program like this, use it so re-save your pic. You can pick a picture and then usually in most programs, you can then find where it says to RESIZE it. Usually a box forms around the picture and you will use your mouse to make it smaller. Also, when you save, remember to save it again as a JPEG file. Also, if you save it under a HIGH resolution, it will be too BIG memory wise. I save mine under high resolution for printing purposes but sometimes need to save it again with a lower resolution to email.
I hope that makes sense. If you don't have a program that may do this, or don't know how, you can try to email it to me and I can try to fix it. I'll try my best.

Thanks A for the info - I'm at work and on our network computers the only program even close is Paint, I tried it but it didn't allow for resize, just deleted the best part of the pic HALEY! I do have another computer at work with photo studio, so I'll just resize there and load to a disc then to this computer! ;D Whew, quite the work out! Thanks for your help. Sue
