Hi, Do any of your kids (with DS) have an ID bracelets? If so, please give me an idea where to buy them and what material is the best. Thanks!

Try this link: www.n-styleid.com/Hannah has the nylon braclet style. I love it because it is cute(Hannah actually likes to wear it because it is stylish) it is water proof and it does not come off easily. I thought about the jewlrey style type but these kind seemed better for active kids. They have some really cute sporty ones for boys too.

Alice, I just got an ID bracelet for Alethea this Spring. I have her name/Down syndrome/heart condition on the front...my hubby's name, my name, our address and phone on the underside. My fear for Alethea was her wondering issue and the fact that no one would know where to return her if she wondered and they found her. Here is a post to the bracelet I bought her. I know it's girly, but worth looking around. www.hahoriginals.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/66_63/products_id/208I think you'll have to copy and paste to bring it up. I just seached identification bracelets and found a wealth of sites. Good luck! Valerie C
