No matter WHAT your political views...If you were watching Sarah Palin last night ...you have to admit that Trig and his sister Piper STOLE THE SHOW...LOL.

I agree... she obviously wasn't into mom's speech, but certainly into her little brother! :-) Sheryl

Yes . . . I think there was a collective "awwwwww" heard across the country as she licked her hand in an effort to slick down his hair!
Very sweet.

Yep. And the difference between me and Piper Palin, when I give Charlie a spit wash, I usually use his spit, not mine. -- Bob

Yes, I totally loved that moment! It's obvious from watching this family that everyone will be active in caring for little Trigg. I noticed that when Piper motioned to her dad to let her hold the baby, he didn't act like he was nervous at all; not like he had to position Trigg just right in her arms. She knew just what to do. Cindy McCain also looked pretty comfortable holding him. Yes, he'll have lots of people in the White House to take good care of him.

I loved it! He is so cute. And I thought that Piper was so motherly in a sister way. I thought that Cindy was so classy looking (Did you see her speech? It was good too.) and that Sarah was not afraid to speak her mind. She acted very comfortable in her speech. I also saw her as a skillful orator and politician in the making..............Debbie

Piper reminds me of my almost-seven-year-old daughter in the way she treats her little brother . . . spit and all. ;D
